Senior Finance Manager – Commercial

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to partner with senior commercial leaders across the EMEA region. The Senior Finance Manager – Commercial will act as a key finance business partner, influencing performance through forecasting, budgeting and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying actions to improve performance.
• Support forecasting and planning in collaboration with sales, marketing and commercial leadership.
• Review and enhance commercial finance support mechanisms, driving process improvements.
• Lead, develop and inspire a direct report and contribute to building a premier finance organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial FP&A experience with strong financial competence.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and ensure result integrity.
• Excellent communication, presentation and team‑building skills.
