Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Jabil is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Mezzovico site. You will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting while collaborating with project leaders and plant teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts and analyze sales, finance, and business trends.
• Analyze present and future financial performance on a recurring and ad‑hoc basis.
• Execute monthly SOX controls in line with Jabil standards.
• Act as finance point of contact for projects and support pricing and costing activities.
• Compute data for journal entries, review the general ledger and related statements for reasonableness.
• Provide training and assistance to plants on financial systems and tools.
• Deliver summaries and analysis of special studies with recommendations for management.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses with tight deadlines and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Controlling, preferably in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills, especially SAP/R3.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with TM1 (advantage).
