Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst for Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the financial performance of Hach's Geneva and Lyon plants. You will translate operational activity into accurate financial results and partner with plant leadership to drive cost control, performance management, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership and finance teams to establish standard reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and monthly/quarterly variance analysis with clear financial commentary.
• Conduct plant‑level controlling activities, including cost of sales analysis, inventory valuation, and variance explanations.
• Ensure accurate and timely month‑end close and financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, and Veralto accounting policies.
• Own the CapEx reporting and forecasting process, reviewing operational investment proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in financial controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate financial insights.
