Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a fast‑growing global ecosystem of social discovery products. The role is fully remote and based in Switzerland, allowing you to shape high‑scale mobile applications used by millions worldwide. You will work closely with product, backend, QA and architecture teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of mobile features from estimation through release and post‑production support.
• Maintain scalable mobile architecture with clean, modular code and ensure long‑term maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards and manage technical debt.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, app‑store releases and production monitoring for iOS and Android.

Required profile

• 3+ years of commercial experience developing Flutter applications.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and fluency in Russian.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Required skills

• Flutter and Dart.
• State‑management solutions such as Bloc, Provider or Riverpod.
• Mobile UI development, performance optimisation and debugging (Flutter DevTools, Android Studio, Xcode).
• Integration of RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, token‑based).
• Clean architecture, SOLID principles and modular design patterns.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic) and mobile release processes for iOS and Android.
• Git version control and Git‑flow workflows.
