Senior FP&A Controller

About the role

As a Senior FP&A Controller you will lead the worldwide consolidation and analysis of HR headcount (FTEs) and personnel costs for the Maison. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will support one specific region while ensuring the accuracy of forecasts, budgets and long‑term plans.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate FTEs and personnel costs for quarterly rolling forecasts, annual budgets and three‑year plans.
• Guarantee realistic projections, challenge market estimates and identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyse monthly reporting versus expectations and define controlling KPIs.
• Enter data into Richemont financial systems and communicate financial guidelines to HR counterparts.
• Participate in the evolution of Maison dashboards, workflows and financial tools.
• Monitor the impact of remuneration scheme changes on financial results.
• Lead KPI and bonus simulations.
• Business‑partner the assigned region across all financial cycles, investment requests and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Strong and relevant financial background with a keen interest in HR topics.
• Excellent communication and business‑partnering skills.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive and agile mindset.
• Structured, rigorous, problem‑solving oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
