Senior Frontend (Full-stack) Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will lead the design and implementation of user‑facing product experiences that make complex clinical trial data intuitive, actionable and delightful. You will own major parts of the web application, from frontend architecture and UX to integration with backend services, while also contributing across the stack when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture, implementation and maintenance of core frontend systems and user interfaces for the clinical trial data platform.
• Build robust, accessible, responsive React/Typescript applications that integrate seamlessly with backend services.
• Work across the stack when required – defining APIs, adjusting backend endpoints, or collaborating with cloud services.
• Provide technical leadership, designing scalable architectures to support multi‑million‑dollar growth.
• Address performance and scalability challenges in both frontend and broader system.
• Mentor teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Coordinate with sales and customer success to align technical developments with customer needs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Typescript and React.
• Previous experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Minimum four years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects or teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities focused on practical, timely solutions.
• Passion for iterative product development and strategic, analytical mindset.
