Senior Full Stack Engineer (F# / ASP.NET Core / ReactJS)

About the role

A partner company, acting on behalf of the hiring employer, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Switzerland. The role sits in a product-focused engineering team building modern SaaS solutions that simplify complex business and governance processes. You will develop and scale applications using F#, ASP.NET Core, React.js and TypeScript, with opportunities to influence both architecture and product direction, and you will take ownership of features from planning through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, optimize and maintain product features using F#, ASP.NET Core, React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, working with product stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions applying functional programming principles, supporting maintainability, scalability and long-term product quality.
• Improve all stages of development, from planning and implementation to testing, deployment and production maintenance.
• Help keep the technology stack modern and scalable, and build and maintain integrations with external systems, especially Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Office 365.
• Work closely with development and product teams, communicating technical decisions clearly.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in full stack or backend software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with F# or C# and a strong motivation to learn F#, as well as ASP.NET Core, React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience scaling SaaS products and developing B2B or line-of-business applications is highly desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken English, able to collaborate in a distributed team; based in Europe or a European time zone.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Vertical Slices, CQRS, Event Sourcing and Domain-Driven Design is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Azure and/or Office 365 APIs, including Microsoft Graph API, is beneficial.
