Senior Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) - Claude Code Expert

About the role

A partner company, acting on behalf of the hiring party, is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer based in Switzerland to support the launch and continued evolution of an online marketplace for life coaching and counseling. The role focuses on backend engineering: building reliable APIs, secure authentication and scalable cloud integrations, while also contributing to frontend development, infrastructure evaluation and long-term technical planning. The developer works alongside an experienced team with autonomy to introduce best practices and influence technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize key product features needed for the initial marketplace launch and support the move from active development to operational delivery.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices: clean code, maintainable architecture, testing and efficient workflows.
• Use AI-powered tools, especially Claude Code, to speed up implementation and keep quality high.
• Design, develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs with TypeScript, Node.js and Express.
• Build and manage cloud solutions in the Firebase and Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, and implement authentication with Firebase, OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Maintain GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines for Firebase Functions and integrate third-party services such as Twilio and Stripe.
• Support frontend improvements with SvelteKit, Svelte, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, and evaluate the existing IT infrastructure.

Required profile

• Technically strong fullstack developer with advanced TypeScript and backend skills, and proven experience with cloud-based applications.
• Extensive experience with AI-assisted development, preferably with Claude Code in real projects.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical decisions and collaborate with an experienced team.
