Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR leader to head the corporate and EMEA headquarters functions for a global luxury goods group. The role sits on the Swiss leadership team and reports directly to the Global Head of HR, overseeing a diverse corporate workforce worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive HR strategy and delivery for the corporate business population on a global scale.
• Design and implement a world‑class HR service model covering Business Partnering, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, talent projects and change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing coaching, advice and strategic HR insight.
• Lead the corporate HR department, including payroll, administration, reception and overall office management.
• Lead transformation, change, systems and process projects across the corporate function.
• Represent HR in the Swiss leadership team and collaborate closely with global HR leadership.

Required profile

• University degree; a master’s degree or professional HR qualification is a plus.
• Swiss‑certified HR professional.
• Minimum 6 years of HR management experience in a dynamic, global environment.
• Proven experience leading HR for corporate populations and delivering a world‑class people service.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss HR legislation, social security, pensions and employment contracts.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
