About the role

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to help staffing companies adopt AI‑powered back‑office processes across Europe.

Key responsibilities

Analyse and optimise staffing back‑office processes, mapping workflows for timesheets, payroll, pay‑and‑bill and invoicing.
Implement AI‑enabled solutions together with client teams and identify automation opportunities.
Train client teams, manage handovers and work closely with technical and product teams.
Engage with stakeholders from operational staff to CFO level.

Required profile

3+ years experience in staffing operations, recruitment operations, payroll, finance operations or staffing technology.
Strong operational understanding with a consultative, client‑facing mindset.
Fluent English; German and/or French are highly beneficial.
Experience in fast‑moving international environments.

Required skills

Experience with staffing ERP, VMS, ATS or payroll platforms.
Ability to implement AI‑powered workflow solutions.
