Senior Lead – Global Distribution Center Network Strategy

About the role

The Senior Lead will own the design and governance of On’s global distribution centre network, ensuring it aligns with long‑range planning, commercial strategy and regional demand. You will lead a small team of experts to create a resilient, scalable footprint that delivers premium customer experience while optimising spend.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the global DC network strategy, integrating LRP expectations, brand ambitions and regional demand.
• Lead end‑to‑end data gathering, validation and scenario modelling to support expansion, relocation or consolidation decisions.
• Develop and drive a long‑term warehouse automation roadmap, evaluating technologies for economic and practical fit.
• Support logistics procurement and RFP processes, shaping project scopes, standardising data frameworks and assessing 3PL capabilities.
• Create and maintain multi‑tiered forecasting models for capacity planning and monitor global warehouse capacity to anticipate future needs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in supply‑chain network design, logistics capacity planning or a similar analytical role, preferably in fast‑paced retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of network modelling methodology and industry‑standard design tools.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale RFPs, 3PL solution design and data standardisation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional, regional stakeholders.
• Experience building, mentoring and developing high‑performing teams.
