Senior Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Logistics Supervisor leads all logistics operations, ensuring efficient flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods from suppliers through manufacturing to customers. This role drives service excellence, cost control, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while developing a high‑performing logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, warehousing, inventory control, replenishment, transportation and shipping activities.
• Ensure material availability for manufacturing and customer commitments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through robust control processes and ERP data integrity.
• Lead, coach and develop a logistics team, establishing performance expectations and fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean and operational‑excellence initiatives to improve safety, quality, service and cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics leadership experience.
• Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

• SAP (preferred) and other ERP systems.
• Data analytics and reporting tools.
• Warehouse Management Systems.
• Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence methodologies.
