Senior Manager, Brand Design & Architecture (International)

About the role

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a multidisciplinary brand designer to shape, develop and govern brand expression across its global portfolio. You will translate brand strategy into compelling visual identities, campaigns, packaging, digital content and environmental graphics for international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand design across visual identity, campaigns, packaging, environmental graphics, digital content and other touchpoints.
• Create and refine graphics, brand assets, templates, presentations and video content from concept to final execution.
• Maintain guidelines, toolkits and scalable design systems for consistent application across markets.
• Provide design governance by reviewing work from regional teams, franchisees, agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with regional design, marketing, brand, communications and operations teams to solve design challenges.
• Explore and apply generative AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand, graphic, communication, hospitality, restaurant, retail or multidisciplinary design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design or creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, visual design and end‑to‑end execution.
• Experience developing visual identities, guidelines, toolkits or design systems that scale.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Figma Design and Figma Slides.
• Generative AI tools for image generation and content creation.
• SketchUp, Enscape/V‑Ray, AutoCAD (advantageous).
