Fashion Designer – Outlet

About the role

The Designer will research emerging fashion and consumer trends and translate them into commercial products that reflect the Factory Outlet brand identity. You will work closely with Merchandising, Buying and Product Development to shape the assortment and drive its evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design process from concept to completion, aligning priorities with Buying and Product Development.
• Create mood boards, technical flat sketches and tech packs for each season.
• Select fabrics and trims, upload new styles to the internal PLM and keep style status updated.
• Coordinate sample fittings, visit trade shows, stores, suppliers and manufacturers as needed.
• Collaborate with the visual team, Brand Managers and other apparel division departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related arts.
• 3‑4 years of experience in fashion design with strong knowledge of trends.
• Creative mindset, commercial awareness and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Clo 3D (preferred).
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
