Senior Manager, Data Strategy & Business Intelligence

About the role

BeOne is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Data Strategy and Business Intelligence for its Commercial and Medical Affairs across Europe and New Markets. The role partners with regional brand, commercial, field sales and medical teams to provide data‑driven insights and manage the data governance program.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the market data strategy, overseeing acquisition from third‑party providers and integrating secondary data sets into executive and field insight platforms.
• Manage the Business Intelligence reporting platforms for HQ and field operations, handling vendor capacity, enhancement backlogs, and application refreshes.
• Develop data quality frameworks, conduct vendor evaluations, and ensure data accuracy through regular DQM checks.
• Coordinate training, adoption and license management for syndicated data platforms across Europe and New Markets.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management or related field.
• 7+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, life‑science consulting or commercial operations, with strong knowledge of secondary data sources and drug distribution models in Europe.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, manage projects and build relationships across functions.
