Senior Manager, Digital & Paid Media Delivery

About the role

Explora Journeys is seeking a commercially driven, digitally fluent Senior Manager to lead digital and paid media delivery across multiple markets from our Geneva office. You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to shape media campaigns that reflect luxury consumer behaviour and drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the local digital/media/marketing lead depending on market size, ensuring campaigns align with global brand strategy while respecting local nuances.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative, content, CRM, e‑commerce and digital teams.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across markets, managing agency, platform and media partner relationships.
• Own integrated measurement of media performance, analyse results and optimise investments to boost awareness, revenue and direct bookings.
• Identify media industry innovations and design test‑and‑learn plans to keep the brand at the forefront.
• Elevate media literacy across departments, enhancing planning capabilities and execution quality.
• Manage global media budget planning, spending and stewardship.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior digital and paid‑media roles within luxury or premium brands.
• Strong strategic mindset paired with hands‑on operational expertise.
• Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour across diverse global audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with local sales, marketing and global teams to ensure brand consistency.
