Senior Manager, Internal Communications – Finance & Global Business Solutions

About the role

Join a transformative organization as the Senior Manager of Internal Communications for Finance and Global Business Solutions. You will partner directly with the Group CFO and VP of Global Business Solutions to shape and deliver strategic communications that reinforce PMI’s vision and drive employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a holistic internal communications strategy aligned with the CFO and GBS priorities.
• Develop and execute high‑impact communication plans that build understanding and connection across the finance and GBS community.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on messaging, timing, and employee impact.
• Translate complex financial and operational topics into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Own editorial strategy, overseeing creation of leadership messaging, presentations, videos, Q&As, and digital assets.
• Manage communication channels and platforms, ensuring effective audience segmentation and engagement.
• Lead communications for transformation programs, new processes, systems, and performance cycles.
• Champion best practices and innovation in internal communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic internal communications partner for senior finance or business leadership.
• Strong storytelling ability with an AI‑first mindset and data‑driven measurement approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience driving change communications and employee engagement initiatives.
