Senior Manager – International Corporate Tax & Transformation

About the role

Join a global consulting leader as a Senior Manager responsible for international corporate tax and transformation. Based in Zurich, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex tax accounting, audit, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and colleagues on intricate direct tax accounting matters.
• Lead tax audits for international groups and Swiss entities, collaborating closely with assurance teams.
• Support clients in transforming tax functions using process, data, and technology‑driven solutions.
• Develop expertise in BEPS Pillar 2 and evaluate its impact on audit and advisory engagements.
• Manage client portfolios end‑to‑end, overseeing planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in tax accounting, tax audit, or a comparable role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax reporting under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Curiosity for innovation, especially leveraging technology and AI in tax and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
