Senior Manager – Quality Management

About the role

The Assurance Risk & Quality function at PwC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the evolution of its System of Quality Management. You will work closely with business owners, leadership and global stakeholders to embed robust quality processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement, documentation and rollout of the System of Quality Management across relevant stakeholder groups.
• Drive the evolution of the ServiceNow quality management platform, improving dashboards, tagging, reporting and AI‑enabled use cases.
• Develop guidance materials, resolve issues and support stakeholders in using quality management tools effectively.
• Execute the ongoing SoQM monitoring programme, perform central monitoring activities and assess overall effectiveness.
• Coordinate the QMSE project portfolio, align priorities with stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
• Prepare and support internal and external quality inspections, including regulatory reviews by the FAOA and PCAOB.

Required profile

• Proven audit experience with a strong understanding of quality management systems, governance frameworks and risk management.
• Ability to translate regulatory or global quality requirements into practical processes and sustainable solutions.
• Solid project‑management experience, coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing team members in a collaborative environment.
• Digital affinity with interest in leveraging AI, automation and data‑driven solutions.
