Senior Manager – Retail Marketing

About the role

The North Face EMEA is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Marketing to shape and deliver brand‑driven retail experiences across the region. Based in Stabio, Switzerland, you will translate global brand strategy into compelling in‑store and digital activations that engage consumers and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA Retail Marketing & Activation strategy, aligning global direction with regional priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams covering creative production, visual merchandising, store design, and retail activation.
• Plan and manage seasonal retail marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, product launches and brand moments.
• Create integrated consumer journeys that combine retail marketing, store design, visual merchandising, CRM, loyalty and storytelling.
• Oversee the production of in‑store activations, window displays, POS materials and localized storytelling solutions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Merchandising, Store Operations, Creative, Loyalty, CRM, Channel Marketing and Global teams for consistent execution.
• Manage creative development, external agencies and vendors to deliver high‑quality assets on time and within budget.
• Support store openings, community initiatives and key brand events with engaging activations.
• Measure performance using consumer, traffic and sales data to optimise ROI.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing team while managing budgets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in retail marketing, activation or consumer marketing within DTC, fashion, lifestyle, outdoor or sporting‑goods brands.
• Strategic mindset with a strong consumer focus.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
