Manager E-Commerce Content

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, consumer‑focused leader to elevate the eCommerce content experience across EMEA. In this role you will blend creativity, data, and commercial insight to deliver compelling digital experiences that inspire shoppers and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EMEA eCommerce content strategy and roadmap, ensuring a consistent, engaging brand experience.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning, creation, and publication of product, campaign and editorial content across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage content calendars, workflows and governance processes across multiple stakeholders, agencies and markets.
• Leverage consumer insights, SEO best practices and performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Oversee content briefing, asset creation, localisation and publication, partnering with Creative, Brand, CRM, Paid Media and external agencies.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of content professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and champion new content capabilities, storytelling approaches and platform enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce content, digital merchandising or related disciplines.
• Proven experience working in a global or multi‑market eCommerce environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand, consumer and business objectives.
• Excellent communication, organization and project‑management skills.
