Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager to lead and scale its presence in the German-Swiss market. The role sits at the intersection of business development, operations and strategy, owning the market end-to-end: from originating and structuring landmark partnerships to ensuring flawless execution on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, with an innovative approach to scaling Fever's presence in the region.
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners, ensuring value creation for both parties and a sustainable partnership with event organizers.
• Evidence strong organizational skills to balance and grow a large client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth.
• Stay up to date with entertainment trends and act as the expert on new and trending experiences.

Required profile

• At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, ideally with another 4+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music or arts.
• Strong business development and partnership management skills.
• Self-starter able to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
• Data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English, with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
