Senior Materials Planner

About the role

The Senior Materials Planner will work on‑site in Grens, Vaud, coordinating demand and supply planning to ensure high‑quality, timely product availability for Cytiva’s customers in life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans, work orders and integrate supply constraints such as material availability, supplier lead times, sterilisation and production capacity.
• Run alternate scenario planning, propose recovery mitigation plans with quantified impact and communicate priorities based on customer impact and business needs.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Customer Service and Distribution, and drive action‑plan execution on missed targets.
• Maintain planning parameters in the ERP system together with Demand Planner and inventory SME.
• Support ECO/ECR changes, new product introductions, transfers and related work projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 8‑10 years of materials planning and execution experience.
• APICS certification preferred, fluent in English and French, autonomous, rigorous and customer‑oriented.

• Oracle ERP (EBS and ASCP) knowledge.
• APICS planning methodology.
