Senior Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to create dynamic visual content for campaigns, advertisements, social media and broader marketing initiatives. The role is fully remote and based in Switzerland, allowing you to work across the entire creative pipeline from concept to final execution.

Key responsibilities

• Edit videos and produce motion graphics for marketing and digital channels.
• Model, texture, light, animate and render 3D assets in Blender for use in videos and promotional material.
• Integrate AI‑generated visuals into projects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and production teams to translate strategic ideas into engaging visuals.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in motion design, video editing, 2D visual design and branding.
• Strong storytelling, typography and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full creative process from concept through delivery.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering).
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion or Sora.
