Senior Operations & Process Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Operations & Process Optimization Specialist to lead order operations, reporting, customs documentation and system maintenance for our EMEA, APAC and Latin America distributor network. Based in Geneva, you will act as the operational engine that supports our Account Operations Leads and ensures seamless end‑to‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate distributor orders in SAP, including amendments, audits and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics Service Providers to manage order release holds and meet shipment deadlines.
• Own end‑to‑end customs documentation, maintain seasonal HS‑code tables and liaise with internal customs teams.
• Build, maintain and distribute automated reports via Power Automate and Power BI for distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and troubleshoot internal platforms such as SharePoint and documentation tools, handling access and day‑to‑day issues.
• Identify manual tasks, lead automation initiatives and document improved ways of working.

Required profile

• Several years of senior‑level experience in operational or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of order management systems and reporting tools.
• Proactive mindset with a proven appetite for automation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, logistics, customs and analytics teams.
