Senior Private Client Director

About the role

The Senior Private Client Director will lead relationship building with ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and their advisors across Europe. Based flexibly in Geneva, Monaco or Paris, the role focuses on expanding Sparfell’s luxury service platform – covering private aviation, yachting, bespoke travel and concierge experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term trusted relationships with UHNW clients, family offices, wealth managers and personal assistants.
• Identify and generate business opportunities across all Sparfell divisions, including private aviation, yacht charter, villa rentals, lifestyle concierge, aircraft and yacht sales, and luxury travel.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using the company CRM system.
• Represent Sparfell at industry events, private gatherings and networking functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create cross‑selling synergies between aviation, yachting and lifestyle services.

Required profile

• Extensive network within UHNW environments and luxury ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an international outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Fluent English (additional languages highly valued).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage client pipelines.
