Senior Product Designer

About the role

This is a fully remote senior design opportunity within a fast‑growing, distributed product organization. You will shape the end‑to‑end experience of a platform used by organizations to manage fundraising and supporter relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user‑centered design initiatives by planning and conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
• Translate research findings into actionable product insights and design solutions.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads throughout discovery, roadmap planning, feature definition, development, and launch.
• Own the end‑to‑end design lifecycle, including user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces.
• Validate concepts with users and stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and evidence.
• Evaluate existing and new features using qualitative feedback, product analytics, and performance data.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS products and complex workflows.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed, cross‑functional environment.
