Brand Designer / Art Director (FMCG)

About the role

International Brands is seeking a hands‑on Brand Designer / Art Director to lead the visual development of its fast‑moving consumer goods portfolio. You will own the creative direction from concept to market‑ready packaging, digital assets and brand worlds, ensuring every touchpoint drives shelf impact and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts across packaging, web, social and print with a focus on market performance.
• Design shelf‑ready packaging that captures attention, aligns with brand identity and converts consumers.
• Lead projects from idea to finished product, managing freelancers and external partners to maintain high quality.
• Leverage AI and modern design tools to accelerate workflows and boost creative output.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in design or art direction, preferably within FMCG or retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real‑world FMCG or retail work and measurable impact.
• Proactive, fast‑moving and solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to challenge the status‑quo.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma proficiency, including UI and web design.
• Practical use of AI tools to enhance creative processes.
