Senior Product Designer - Remote

About the role

A partner company is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Switzerland, working remotely. The role suits an experienced designer who enjoys shaping intuitive, high-quality SaaS experiences. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to take roadmap initiatives from early discovery through launch, covering embedded product interfaces, design systems and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to take roadmap initiatives from problem definition through design and delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements across existing product areas, including major redesigns and smaller usability enhancements.
• Create low- and high-fidelity designs, prototypes and concepts to communicate ideas and validate design approaches.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems spanning product interfaces, marketing materials and brand experiences.
• Design and refine embedded interfaces so they feel intuitive, trustworthy and native within third-party products.
• Help strengthen design culture and contribute to broader product thinking across the organization.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of product design experience working on SaaS software.
• A portfolio showing strong visual design, product design, interaction design and systems design capabilities.
• Experience designing reusable components and patterns within established design systems, with the judgment to know when to go beyond conventions.
• Nice to have: experience with embedded or developer-facing products, data-heavy or AI-assisted experiences, or both in-house and agency environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with openness to experimenting with new design technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working asynchronously.
• Ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations, adapt to changing priorities and challenge ideas constructively.
