Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

About the role

Blockstream is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of its Enterprise Bitcoin‑focused software suite across the EMEA region. You will work closely with engineering, design, business and marketing teams to shape the product vision and drive execution.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product vision into a concrete roadmap, own the narrative and communicate across the organization.
• Partner with engineering on technical decisions, align work to product goals and lead project execution.
• Identify market opportunities, conduct discovery workshops, and turn insights into clear milestones.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data to validate or challenge product assumptions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in a regulated environment with proven impact.
• Deep understanding of blockchain‑based technology, crypto custody best practices and tokenization lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; currently residing in Zurich.
