About the role
Medtronic seeks a Senior Product Specialist to shape product strategy, conduct market analysis, and support product lifecycle management for innovative healthcare technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and review short‑ and long‑range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product lines.
- Conduct competitive product analysis and market research on consumer behavior and professional audiences.
- Determine profitability and viability of new products or enhancements.
- Develop production and marketing strategies, working closely with product development throughout the product lifecycle.
Required profile
- Advanced knowledge of the product area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Practical knowledge of project management.
- Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) with at least 4 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2 years relevant experience.
