Studienadministrator/In – Luzern

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Study Administrator to join its Clinical Solutions team in Luzern. This hybrid position involves working 2‑3 days per week from the office and supporting a single‑sponsor partnership in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage clinical documents, including creation of investigator folders in both physical and electronic formats.
• Support the Clinical Monitoring Team with site‑management activities, acting as the sponsor’s representative at study sites.
• Maintain and update clinical tracking data in databases and ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing regulatory documents.
• Coordinate ordering, packaging, shipping, and tracking of study materials and supplies.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and payments, including CTRAs negotiation and financial compliance monitoring.
• Organise meetings and local investigator visits, handling invitations, materials and venue logistics.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in an administrative or medical field (e.g., KV, MPA, FAGE or equivalent).
• Strong interest in healthcare and clinical research.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; French or Italian are a plus.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new IT applications.
