Senior Project Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, time‑sensitive projects in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment. Based in Switzerland, you will coordinate distributed talent, align client expectations, and ensure operational excellence from launch through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of multi‑stakeholder projects, guaranteeing all workflows, tools, and resources are ready before start.
• Define clear operational briefs, instructions, and processes for contributors.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining alignment between clients, talent groups, and internal teams.
• Oversee communication flows, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and rapid issue resolution.
• Track performance metrics (quality, throughput, timelines, financial) and ensure delivery against SLAs.
• Identify risks and operational gaps, implementing corrective actions in real time.
• Drive continuous process improvement and scale best practices across delivery operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or similar high‑intensity environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder workflows and coordinate distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills, especially in ambiguous and high‑pressure situations.
• High attention to detail combined with fast execution and effective prioritization.
• Comfort working under tight deadlines with shifting priorities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into action.
