Senior Project Manager - Construction Fit-Out

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Project Manager within its Principal Delivery team in Geneva. The role leads construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion, moving beyond traditional consultancy into true project ownership. You will work in an integrated delivery team covering the full lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction and fit-out projects from start to finish
• Manage programme, cost, quality and risk to ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities
• Act as key point of contact for clients
• Manage contractor and supplier performance
• Support procurement strategies and engage with supply chain partners
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively
• Deliver projects in line with contracts, timelines and budget

Required profile

• Degree qualification in construction, project management or a related discipline
• Professional accreditation such as RICS or APM is desirable
• Fluent French and English
• Experience managing contractors and working with supply chains
