Senior Project Manager – International Events

About the role

PublicisLive is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high‑profile international events for major global clients. Based in Geneva, you will act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence from conception through post‑event reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple large‑scale international event projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from design to execution and post‑event analysis.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client liaison, building trusted relationships with stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, operational strategies and critical paths.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Manage project scope, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, handling budget planning, tracking and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide teams to meet agreed timelines while upholding the highest standards of quality, creativity and operational excellence.

Required profile
