Senior Project Manager – Principal Delivery

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Principal Delivery team. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of construction and fit‑out projects, working in an integrated model that combines design, procurement and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction and fit‑out projects from inception to handover.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and risk to achieve successful outcomes.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities within an integrated delivery model.
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contractor and supplier performance, driving accountability and high standards.
• Support procurement strategies and engage with supply‑chain partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within construction, preferably commercial office fit‑out.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement and construction delivery.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness with budget management and cost control experience.
• Experience managing contractors and working with supply chains.
• Ability to manage risk, make decisions and operate effectively in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.
• Degree‑qualified in construction, project management or related discipline; professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, APM) desirable.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
