Senior QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead a next‑generation quality engineering practice for AI‑powered healthcare software. You will own the QA strategy, design testing infrastructure, and ensure reliability, security, and performance of critical clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own end‑to‑end QA strategy, test plans, risk‑based coverage, and release readiness criteria.
• Evaluate, select, and document testing technology stack for UI, API, performance, accessibility, and security.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using modern tools and AI coding agents.
• Automate regression testing of clinical workflows such as triage, documentation, orders, and discharge.
• Develop load, stress, and soak tests to simulate emergency department usage.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with AI‑assisted test impact analysis.
• Lead exploratory testing, defect management, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement of quality metrics.
• Validate AI‑powered features for safety, bias, hallucinations, and privacy compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional QA or software testing experience, with at least 3 years building automated solutions.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, risk‑based testing, and software development lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted test engineering and evaluating large language model outputs.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, agile, distributed teams.
