Senior Relationship Manager – Chinese Speaking Clients

About the role

The client seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to lead sales and business performance for Chinese‑speaking high‑net‑worth clients in Zurich. The role combines portfolio management, strategic advice and risk oversight within private banking.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and attract new private‑banking and wealth‑management clients.
• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Ensure efficient service delivery and wealth‑structuring systems.
• Provide tailored advice to clients, senior management and support staff.
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers and senior colleagues.
• Prepare and distribute business reports to investment management.
• Monitor and manage risks in line with firm and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of competition, market trends and client activities in Switzerland and deliver updated market analysis.

Required profile

• Background in private banking or relationship management with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Fluency in Chinese (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all business levels.
