Senior Relationship Manager – French Clients

About the role

A recruiter representing its client in Geneva is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager focused on the French-speaking market. The role provides support, advice and a strategic approach to high-net-worth clients, leads sales and business performance, and helps manage client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and attract new clients with private banking and wealth management needs
• Manage an existing portfolio of clients
• Ensure efficient service and wealth structuring systems are in place
• Advise high-net-worth individuals, senior management and support staff
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers and senior colleagues
• Prepare business reports for distribution to investment management
• Monitor risks in line with internal and external regulatory standards
• Stay informed about competition, market and client activity in Switzerland and share updated market information with clients

Required profile

• Ideal background in private banking or relationship management
• Understanding of how to work with high-net-worth individuals on a daily basis
• Existing portfolio of clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels of business
