Senior Risk Consultant (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced risk consultant to join our fast‑growing team and help shape the financial world of tomorrow through strategic transformation and innovative risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise risk departments on strategic, regulatory and financial matters, supporting them through complex challenges.
• Support risk‑controlling activities related to Basel III/IV, CRR, MaRisk and DORA.
• Develop governance structures, control mechanisms and risk‑valuation models that deliver tangible value.
• Build long‑lasting client relationships by acting as a trusted risk‑management expert in workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, translating insights into practical solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics or related field; Master’s, MBA or PhD is a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in the financial sector with a strong focus on risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III/IV, CRR, MaRisk and DORA.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate complex regulatory topics clearly.
• Team player with intercultural competence, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work on‑site with clients.
