Senior Robotics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer to develop, test, and deploy innovative software for our mobile manipulators and automation systems. You will work on perception, planning, and control to enable precise manipulation in real‑world industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy software focused on motion planning, perception, and control.
• Design algorithms for path planning, trajectory optimization, and collision avoidance.
• Implement and test sensor fusion, localization, and mapping solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate arms, grippers, and sensors.
• Use ROS 2 and related middleware for real‑time communication.
• Optimize system performance for production environments.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure robust operation.
• Research and apply state‑of‑the‑art robotics methods, including machine‑learning techniques.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing robotic or automation platforms.
• Solid experience with ROS 2, Gazebo, and simulation environments.
• Experience with perception systems such as cameras, LiDAR, or depth sensors.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
