About the role

A leading Zurich-based tech company, which works on next-generation trading strategies, is looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to join its team. The engineer will work on the core architecture of ultra-low-latency trading systems, optimizing existing strategies and building new, robust features from the ground up.

Required profile

4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Strong commercial experience in Rust (or similar system-level languages such as C++ or C)
Passion for building highly optimized, real-time systems
Solid understanding of Linux

Required skills

Rust (C++, C or Zig are also valued)
Experience designing low-latency, high-performance software
Familiarity with AWS is a plus; knowledge of financial derivatives is an advantage
