Senior Salesforce Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant who will spearhead innovation at Aledus. You will be expected to anticipate client needs, design next‑generation solutions and deliver them at enterprise scale. The role blends strong consulting fundamentals with a passion for AI‑driven transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prototype new capabilities such as Agentforce, Data 360 and AI‑enhanced processes, turning ideas into pilots and production‑ready solutions.
• Support pre‑sales activities including discovery workshops, solution outlines, estimates, demos and proposals.
• Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor, leading workshops, gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workstreams end‑to‑end, managing scope, planning, SIT/UAT, go‑live and hyper‑care in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Drive change management and adoption, helping users and leaders trust AI‑supported ways of working.
• Mentor junior colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst or similar consulting role.
• Explorer mindset with proven ability to test new ideas and demonstrate outcomes.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work and understanding of when human validation is needed.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentforce and Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud).
• Strong business analysis, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven pre‑sales support experience in Salesforce sales cycles.
• Project‑management capability in Agile/Scrum settings.
• Change‑management experience guiding organizations through transformation.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including data model, automation and best practices.
• German C1 level or higher, fluent English, and a valid Swiss work permit.
