Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

Nozomi Networks is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, integrate, and support enterprise solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This hands‑on engineering role focuses on delivering scalable, secure applications and advancing AI‑enabled capabilities within the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events and related technologies.
• Build AI‑enabled features with Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG and Prompt Builder.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce, Slack and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, middleware and event‑driven architectures.
• Partner with architecture, security, data and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
• Apply modern software engineering practices such as Git, Salesforce DX/CLI, CI/CD, automated testing and code reviews.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable production solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events.
• REST/SOAP API design, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, event‑driven integration.
• Git, Salesforce DX/CLI, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing.
• Slack development (APIs, bots, workflows).
• AI technologies: Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, Prompt Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or comparable integration platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services.
