Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead high‑impact organic growth initiatives for a fast‑scaling digital portfolio in Switzerland. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, driving traffic acquisition, monetisation and experimentation across competitive international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market and competitor analysis to uncover scalable acquisition opportunities.
• Develop, optimise and scale SEO‑driven assets such as review sites, satellite projects and niche domains.
• Define SEO architecture, including site structure, internal linking and content optimisation.
• Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters, designers, developers and link‑building teams.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolve crawlability and indexing issues, and improve overall site health.
• Build, manage and scale PBN networks while monitoring rankings and traffic.
• Experiment with advanced techniques like indexing strategies, automation scripts and unconventional growth methods.
• Oversee link‑building performance to ensure quality, scalability and alignment with SEO objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial SEO experience, preferably in highly competitive niches such as iGaming, gambling, betting, adult or pharma.
• Proven track record of successful SEO projects in grey or highly regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking signals, penalties and recovery strategies.
• Ability to design and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies independently.
• Experience collaborating with in‑house teams, freelancers and distributed contributors.
