Senior ServiceNow Developer – GRC & Operational Risk

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our banking client in Zurich. The role focuses on expanding and enhancing an existing Operational Risk platform built on ServiceNow, covering GRC, IRM, BCM and TPRM modules. The position starts on 01.07.2026 and is a full‑time, hybrid role within Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements for risk‑related processes.
• Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including customisations, scripting, workflows and integrations.
• Conduct testing, quality assurance and support deployment to production.
• Maintain and further develop existing functions and modules.
• Collaborate within a complex enterprise environment to ensure seamless system and API integrations.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of senior‑level ServiceNow development experience, preferably in a banking environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow GRC and/or IRM modules; experience with BCM or TPRM is a plus.
• Strong technical implementation skills across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C2).
