Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Logitech is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing processes for electromechanical components, manage supplier relationships and drive cost efficiencies across global regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for electronic mechanical components.
• Oversee supplier management, negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Lead new supplier selection and vendor management.
• Drive cost reduction strategies and identify sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market trend analysis.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Required profile

• At least 3‑4 years of sourcing experience, especially in components.
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work globally across regions (US, EMEA, AP).
• Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
• Understanding of market drivers and cost structures.
• Proven track record in supplier and cost management.
