Senior Statistical Programmer – Health Technology Assessment

About the role

The Quantitative Sciences team in Zurich is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) dossiers. You will develop and validate analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures from clinical trial data, collaborating closely with HTA biostatisticians and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Programmatically develop, validate and maintain analysis and reporting deliverables for HTA dossiers.
• Provide statistical programming project leadership, ensuring proper planning and timely execution.
• Assure deliverable quality and compliance with departmental SOPs and good programming practices.
• Collaborate effectively with project team members and contribute to strategic initiative teams.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 5–9 years (BS) or 3–7 years (MS) of programming experience with R and/or SAS in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards and clinical trial data processing.
• Business fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead projects and ensure compliance with SOPs.
