Senior Strategic Campaign Lead

About the role

As a Senior Strategic Campaign Lead you will translate brand strategies and value propositions into integrated global campaigns that drive commercial impact. You will own the end‑to‑end direction of major product launches, shaping concepts, activation frameworks and creative assets while aligning global and regional stakeholders around a clear vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global campaigns from concept through launch, creating campaign architectures, messaging hierarchies and scalable playbooks.
• Develop activation frameworks and guide the creation of key visuals, videos and core assets with internal teams, agencies and specialist partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launch teams—including Brand Management, Commercial Marketing, Campaign Operations and Regional Marketing—to ensure consistent execution.
• Prioritise campaign readiness, focusing teams on decisions, assets and deliverables that generate the greatest commercial impact.
• Measure and optimise performance by defining success metrics, assessing regional adoption and translating learnings into future campaigns.

Required profile

• 6+ years of marketing and campaign experience with a proven record of leading integrated global product launches.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments, translating customer needs into compelling storytelling and activation strategies.
• Strong strategic and project‑leadership abilities, capable of managing complex, multi‑workstream initiatives.
• Creative mindset with solid visual judgment and commercial acumen to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable leading cross‑functional, cross‑cultural teams in an international matrix organization.
