Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join a fast‑growing, remote‑first organization based in Switzerland. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support and maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of internal IT operations for globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to internal employees across multiple regions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, and access‑management issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and provisioning in Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows and macOS devices, including OS installation and device setup.
• Administer endpoint management and MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
• Handle support tickets through Jira or other ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee hardware lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to improve internal systems and user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT support, system administration, or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM/endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf or equivalents).
• Proven ability to support both Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, networking, and remote‑access technologies.
• Effective communication and a customer‑focused mindset.
